Sometimes you need personal attention. A private yoga class, tailored to your needs and wishes, in a safe and quiet environment and at a time that suits you. Together we look at what feels good, where your limits are and how we can create more relaxation and flexibility. Private yoga classes are possible for one or two people.

 

Yin Therapy

Could you use extra guidance in releasing tension in your body and/or mind? Yin therapy, also called Personal Yoga, can be very pleasant then. Think of healing emotional imbalance, physical complaints, chronic pain, anxiety or trauma. Yin therapy focuses on loosening the muscle and connective tissue, stimulating the self-healing capacity of the body. Using various techniques such as Shiatsu, Functional Osteopathy and Craniosacral Therapy, combined with Yin yoga, we create more space and balance in your body, in the joint, connective tissue and associated meridian system. Thus we ensure that after a 1-on-1 session you are more relaxed and have made more space in your body.

Yin therapy is not a replacement for regular therapy, but can be an excellent complement to traditional treatments. For example, with long-term pain complaints where regular specialists cannot find a clear cause.
